Aranet commissioning service is aimed towards new customer installations where a new set of hardware is ordered. It is a remote service, where SAF support engineer provides assistance over the phone or prescheduled remote session. Customer on site is required to connect base station to mains power, connect network cable or Wi-Fi.Base station and sensors will be configured and paired during the remote session. SAF support engineer will ensure that the system is configured and functioning properly, and that customer is familiar with basic functionality of the system.Configuration items:
- Base station general configuration.
- Network configuration – ethernet/wireless connectivity (IP address, subnet mask, DHCP etc.)
- Local user configuration.
- Sensor pairing: naming, conversions, and soil profiles for industry specific sensors.
- API key generation and Cloud connectivity setup.
- Aranet Cloud organization setup with trial license.
- Adding base station to the Cloud.
- Configured base station with sensors paired according to specification
- Basic understanding on how the system can be setup, configured and maintained
